  3. Thank you for installing SocketTools 1.0c. This evaluation version is
  4. completely functional. Its only limitation is that it expires 30 days after
  5. installation. If you find, during this period, that SocketTools can help you
  6. integrate the Internet into your applications, create the next great Internet
  7. application or assist in expanding or enhancing your corporate intranet,

  18. Installing SocketTools
  19.  
  20. To install SocketTools, you'll need to execute the SETUP.EXE program found
  21. in the directory where this file was located. During SETUP, follow the
  22. on-screen directions. Once installed, you should begin by reviewing all of
  23. the documentation found in help file format. Begin with the README.HLP file
  24. for some preliminary information and guidance.

  26. After you go through the on-line documentation, you should next review the
  27. sample programs that interest you. There are many samples provided with
  28. complete source code for Visual Basic 3.0 and Visual Basic 4.0. They can be
  29. found in the SAMPLES directory, a subdirectory of the SocketTools installation
  30. directory (C:\CSTOOLS by default).
